This is a fan art of the Baron Karza from the Micronauts toy and comics. One of the first toys that incorporate magnets for joints so you can pull the limps apart and re-assemble them. The Marvel comics was cool too especially the Michael Golden issues.

I also remember a issue where the Baron fought the X-men. BZ was only about 6 inches tall... but still able to kick mutant butt! One of my fav issue! :)
