Urban Light Studio show

The Thought Processor Seattle show opened last night at Urban Light Studios. I never been to Green wood so it was a little tricky going thru Friday traffic in pouring rain to find the gallery. It's a nice space. There are about 4 separate gallery space down in the basement. The Tho Pro show was in one of those rooms.

You can see they hang the papertoys in a group then the accompany artwork off to the side. Listening to some of the people that walked in, they were a little confuse with the set up. It might've been nicer to put the papertoy directly next to the painting.

Here's my "Madame Zora" artwork that went with my papertoy. I got a chance to talk with 179 about her artwork which display above mine. She was really nice and I dig the graphic vector artwork on her toy. I also talked with Beau the coordinator for the show and his wife NinjaGrl which her artwork was also in the show. Unfortunately, I didn't have picture of her work to post here.

Here's an awesome painting by Jamie Burton. Thanks for Jamie and his wife for showing me the stuff lion in the studio. ;)

A painting by Augie Pagan. Curse you Augie... why do you crash every single show in Seattle with your kickass painting?!!

Here's a close up look of my papertoy. I had a good time designing it. I built the thing 4 times and stress out working on the traditional artwork. But overall, a good experience and an honor to be in the same show with the other artists. You can still check out the show all the way through March 4th. You can see more photos and get info about the other artists... HERE.
