Most Dim Sum place would have carts filled with different plates of Chinese food. They go to each table and you can pick what you want. If the restaurant is too small then you have to order your food by filling out a form then they would bring them to your table. That's when the Dim Sum waitress comes in.

Peter, Paul, and Mary- Just a few days ago, I found out Mary Travers passed away in Sept. It really bummed me out. I remember listening to "Leaving on a Jet Plane" a million times when I was a kid. Even tho she passed, the music will live on.
